KIM RILEY
ART DIRECTOR | ARTIST LIAISON

Kim has spent 18 years in the art gallery world, taking on roles such as curator, graphic designer, photographer, web designer, and marketing professional. With a degree in photography and extensive art studies at the University of Utah, she has a deep connection to the visual arts and brings a thoughtful approach to every project.

As an artist herself, Kim understands the creative process from both sides. Her professional work in galleries spans a wide range of responsibilities. While marketing has played a significant role—showcasing artists and increasing gallery visibility—she’s also contributed to curating exhibitions, designing visual content, and managing gallery operations. Her career blends creativity and strategy, always pushing boundaries and challenging the ordinary.

MARK FRASER
FRAGMENT OF GENIUS | COMMUNITY ARTS DIRECTOR

An artist and silversmith, originally from the North East of England. His work has been exhibited and sold internationally through galleries and exhibitions in France and in the UK, including the Rencontre des Peintres de Saint-Céneri, the exclusive annual Lake Artists Society Summer Exhibition and The Oxford Museum.

Now living in Silves Portugal, Mark has recently returned to art from the badlands of mechanical engineering, where he earned several patents in the field of electric motors. This work in engineering itself evolved from his materials and process knowledge gained through previous artistic work casting, moulding and forging sculptures and jewelry.

In addition to nearly two decades working as an artist across varied media, Mark also has multiple professional and academic qualifications in Finance, IT, and Engineering. He has more than twenty years of experience of corporate work, project management and leadership, most recently working with startups and SMEs  growing to public listed companies…but his first love is for the arts.

Mark is passionate about all aspects of the arts, with a specific love of visual art. He feels that appreciating and creating art is unifying, defining, and an essential part of human existence. He is excited to share the love by building community through creative learning and shared experience environments, where people can benefit from the joys of art whilst sharing time and emotion with fellow humans.
